Public Participation Meeting – East Elgin Community Complex Preliminary Capital and Operational Budget – November 24, 2021 – 7:00 p.m.
The East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management will be holding a Public Meeting at their November 24, 2021 Regular (Virtual) meeting at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the preliminary capital budget and the preliminary operational budget. The budget presentation and additional background materials will be available for viewing on the East Elgin Community Complex website (eecc.ca).
To allow for public participation, the East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management is requesting those who would like to make comments on the preliminary capital or operational budget to do so by submitting written comments to Deputy Clerk, Owen Jaggard, by 12:00 noon on Monday, November 22, 2021. Alternatively, those that would like to virtually attend the Meeting to comment on the preliminary operational or capital budget may do so by registering with Deputy Clerk, Owen Jaggard, by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
