The Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) St. Thomas – Elgin Home Repair Program provides financial assistance to low-income seniors and to persons with disabilities for essential repairs and accessibility modifications to support independent living.

You may receive up to a one-time grant of up to $5,000 or a one-time forgivable loan up to $15,000 for home repairs such as heating systems, chimneys, roofs, walls and more.
