Proposed Adoption of 2022 Annual Budget

 NOTICE - PROPOSED ADOPTION OF 2022 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MALAHIDE

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Malahide, at its meeting to be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., proposes to adopt its 2022 Operating and Capital Budget.  The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Springfield & Area Community Service Building, 51221 Ron McNeil Line, in Springfield.

PURSUANT TO the Notice By-law No. 12-38, public notice of the Council’s intent to adopt its annual budget in total shall be given by causing such notice to be posted on the Township website no less than seven days prior to the proposed action being taken.

ANYONE MAY SUBMIT written comments to the Municipal Clerk either in support of or in opposition to the proposed adoption of the annual budget and the deadline for submitting such comments shall be 12:00pm on Monday, April 18, 2022.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION is available by contacting the Director of Finance/ Treasurer at the Municipal Office, 87 John Street South, Aylmer, during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm.
