Water & Sewer Bills Due April 30th, 2025

Water and Sewer Bills are being mailed out this week. The due date for payment is Wednesday April 30th, 2025. Please contact the Township Office if you have any questions regarding your invoice or payment options.

Water Safety Watershed Condition Statement

This is a Water Safety, Watershed Conditions Statement indicating that higher than normal creek flows are possible. Unsafe bank conditions, or other factors could be dangerous for any recreation around waterways. Flooding is not expected at this time. Click HERE for full statement.

Spring Hydrant Flushing Program 2025

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will be flushing municipal fire hydrants starting on April 7th, 2025 through to May 2nd, 2025.This flushing program will continue for a period of approximately 4 weeks. Flushing will normally occur between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Half Load Season 2025

From March 1st to April 30th every year, in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act and By-law 14-89, reduced load restrictions are placed on trucks to protect roads and bridges during spring thaw, when road damage is likely to happen. No Expiration Date on Bag Tags

Good news! Your garbage bag tags now last forever. No expiration dates, no stress. You'll still receive a package of tags in the mail at the end of the year, but you can use up your old ones until they are gone!
