Long Point Conservation Authority

Long Point Region Conservation Authority (LPRCA) is one of 36 Conservation Authorities in Ontario. Our area of responsibility – the Long Point Region watershed – covers 2,782 square kilometres and is home to approximately 102,000 people. LPRCA operates 5 conservation areas providing opportunities for camping, canoeing, fishing, swimming, picnicking and special events. Step into nature and plan a visit to Backus Heritage, Deer Creek, Haldimand, Norfolk or Waterford North Conservation Areas.  LPRCA is a community based environmental agency dedicated to protecting, restoring and managing natural resources in the Long Point Region watershed.
