Community Improvement Plan

A Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a municipal planning tool established by the Ontario Planning Act. A CIP is a planning document that sets out tools and strategies for improving the built, economic, and social environment in designated areas of a municipality.

The Township of Malahide has adopted this Community Improvement Plan (CIP) as a component of a progressive and strategic County-wide framework for community improvement planning that is to be administered and funded in partnership with Elgin County.
