We have completed the 2023-2033 Strategic Plan!

The feedback you provided, combined with the input collected during Council and Staff workshops, played a crucial role in shaping the ultimate Strategic Plan.

In the process of developing the Strategic Plan, the Township of Malahide identified four key priorities: Engage the Community, Unlock Responsible Growth, Maximize the utilization of all assets: people, facilities, and technology, and Establish, document, and implement service levels.
